「3 adults stayed 4 nights. Apartment is small, but bedrooms and bathrooms are separated and good size. Nicely updated and clean. Kitchen is adequate. 10-15 min. walk to Metro (depending where you're going). A few resturants/bar within walking distance. Balcony was great to hang out on after sightseeing, but could use fresh cushions. Neighborhood is safe, friendly. There is a lot of street noise at all hours - didn't bother us, but could be a problem for light sleepers. Host was quick to respond...

「For the price, this was a great place to stay. We didn't have any problems. The reservation process was seamless. The check-in was quick and the staff was most accommodating when we asked for extra towels. I loved that the room was on the first floor and we did not have to deal with the elevators. The room was clean and a good size. The room is handicap accessible, but my 6'3" husband didn't have a problem with the shorter items in the room. 「The place was very cozy with lots of special touches. The host had included several amenities in case we had forgotten anything at home. The coffee bar was excellent! The unit was conveniently located and we were able to walk to the grocery store and the metro link. We even had some trouble getting on the wifi so I contacted the host and the issue was resolved within a short amount of time.」

「It is a beautiful and convenient property, For the most part it was clean, with the exception that there were several roaches spotted in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room area. My guess is that it may be due to the neighbors in the building. 」
