"The hotel was very clean, modern, and quiet. The only complaint is very poor communication skills of the staff at the front desk. Upon check-in, the female employee was very robotic, impersonal, and indifferent in her attitude. She did not make any effort at all to be cordial during the entire check-in process. After my check-in, I needed to retrieve another bag from my vehicle, and I found her standing outside the front entrance smoking a cigarette."

"Room was clean, breakfast was enjoyable. Parking was good and easy. It felt safe staying there. Pool was large with a good water temperature. Gym had a decent small assortment of equipment. The jacuzzi/spa was closed, not working. I would stay there again. "

"This property is dated but for the price, it’s a good deal. Having said that, this property is also currently going under a renovation. This was the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s probably by far the largest property in Carson City downtown. They have several buildings. I stayed in their roomy king suite. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back and look forward to the renovations!"

"Room was old and dirty. White towels weren't white. Cool worked well. The top she had a cigarette burn in a non-smoking room. Pillows were flat and white pillowcase were dingy. Decent cable tv system. "

"This was our second time staying at this wonderful house. The location is close to so many things to see and do. The house was so clean and cozy with all the amenities promised. Our family of 5 loved our stay in this spacious property in a quiet neighborhood and hope to stay again if we are able to return to the area. We highly recommend this property!!!"
