"The new owners are renovating the rooms on the hotel side. The beds were comfortable. Not too hard and not too soft. Same for the pillows. The fridge was probably older than I am but it still worked really well. The only little gripe I have was the painting we had in our room was a little too big. Kept bumping into it to get to the bathroom."

"Buyer beware. When I booked, the property was listed as being close to Yosemite. When it came time to navigate from the park, our drive would have been over five hours! I called them to cancel and their response was, “well you can cancel, but you’re not getting a refund.” We were there at the end of April in beautiful weather so I didn’t expect any road closures. If you are going to book here, be sure to check maps first."

"Excellent host. Clean space and cozy too. This was our 2nd year in a row booking and plan to again in the future. "

"Kitchen was equipped with basics for the most part. Could use a few more serving utensils. The Fireplace in the master was found with the igniter cover removed, exposing wires/electrical at approx 3' off the ground. "

"We had a great vacation. The place was old but clean. The mattresses could use updating. Amazing views!!! The kitchen had plenty of utensils for cooking We would go back!"

"Great location near June Mountain for skiing and plenty of room for our family. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. If I could give 4.5 stars I would! Tile floors were a little grimy underfoot and the dryer wasn't working so we couldn't dry our ski clothes. Heating system is a little wonky - a bit cold on the ground floor and warmer than necessary upstairs. But overall we will probably stay here again!"

"Screen door was locked , couldn’t open the entrance door . One tv in the bedroom with 2 beds wasn’t functioning because it was the wrong remote . Staff (Connie) was quick to respond to the issues though , which was a relief . Heater was in need of adjustment especially being that the weather was very cold . "

"A wonderful location for June Mountain and also some great hikes in the area. The property is beautiful and nice to have a hot tub after a long day! We enjoyed it very much! "
