"This was one of the nicer express hotels that we have stayed at. The furnishings inside looked fairly new. The room we had was spacious with a separate sitting area. The carpet and bathroom were clean. It's nice that they have refillable bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap. The breakfast included some healthy options like non-fat greek yogurt, oatmeal and egg white omelets. We would definnitely stay here again if we were in the area."

"The Breakfast was very good and the Attendant was a very friendly and happy woman who always helped start the day off in a good way. The Curtains need to be replaced and the mini fridge in the room was removed and the ice maker was broken. The Bar closed early, wish it was open at least 1 hour longer. The Bed was very comfortable and pillows were very comfortable. Towels very soft and smelled good. Was disappointed the local Hockey Broadcast was not on the tv. Rooms need a little general maintenance like fixing the peeling wall paper. Maybe a USB outlet or 2 would be nice. "

"Everything was great, also the lady who served our breakfast was the sweetest! Can’t remember her name but she gave great service for me and my family on Easter Monday. Shoutout to her! "

"Just okay overall. Staff not friendly or inviting. I was told no real Easter celebration, such as Easter Egg hunt or Easter bunny for children, but then there was an Easter bunny. My grandchildren were excluded from The event or information was not accurate? I probably would not choose this hotel again. Certainly not the White Inn values from when I lived there with my children."

"It's truly am amazing place to escape and relax. The lake it steps aways from your front door. Your own cottage makes is incredibly private. The esthetics inside is calm and serene and most important, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to go back in the summer when I can actually get in the water. 10+"

"What a well decorated and thought out property! The lake view was stunning and visible through the windows. Walking right up to the cliff’s edge revealed even more of the impressive view. We loved the deep, comfy sofa and chair and the book selections. The soaker tub with Epsom salt provided was an excellent touch Very quiet and serene, especially during the rainy nights. We felt really cozy!"

"Room was decent. Not 5 star, but a bed and a shower. Unfortunately, no soap or shampoo in the room. Hotel room door definitely needs a paint job. No staff at front desk, had to call a number to get someone to check me in. Had to plug in heater because it was obvious the room wasn't used in a while. Breakfast was advertised but there was none. Parking lot needs work. Ton of potholes and property was not very clean with ice maker out of order, garbage bins and other cleaning items left in corridors. Great restaurant next door was a positive. Average hotel at best and ownership should make investments in improving the property experience instead of making it a money grab."
