"雑居ビルの13階ワンフロアのホテル。ビルは大通りに面しコンビニやオリヤンも近くにあるが、建物には暗く狭いエレベーターホールだけのB1から入るので、最初はちょっと不安 バストイレ付きのプライベートルームと、共同スペースに冷蔵庫、レンジ等があり、共同に抵抗がなければ利便性⚪︎ 予約後にメールアドレスを変えたままだったので、事前のメールを受け取れず入り方が分からなくて入口で固まったが、掲示されてるLINEに連絡したらすぐ丁寧に反応してくれた"

"Hotel itself was great, room was also fantastic. But 1) view was poor (view of multiple demolished buildings). 2) we had a suite with kitchen appliances etc, but the room was without even simple cutlery/utensils etc. these were chargeable to the room to “hire”. 3) The room wasn’t cleaned everyday, despite them saying it would be at least every other day. 4) the staff refused to let us leave our luggage with them for 30mins upon checking out whilst we waiting for our taxi to the airport, and they said this would also be chargeable. Only after making a plea to them, they held the luggage for us, otherwise they were going to make us pay for it. Overall a good stay, great breakfast, great location, but not so great offerings elsewhere as mentioned above."
