While the outside of the building is not very attractive, the apartment itself was surprisingly nice — very clean, tidy, and well equipped. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and Malta’s National Aquarium. Communication with the host was great via Expedia’s message portal. The apartment has historic charm and fun eclectic decor - cosy and well equipped - and near great restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores and transit. "
