  • Welcome to Siesta Key Getaway, your perfect Sarasota beach escape just a short 5 minute walk from private beach access to the world famous Siesta Key Beach. This cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and resort style amenities for couples, families, and small groups.

    Our unit is no longer under construction!

    Inside, the condo comfortably sleeps 4 to 6 guests and features a bright open living space with a Smart TV, cable, streaming access, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to enjoy home cooked meals during your stay.

    Step outside onto the private second floor balcony overlooking peaceful lake views, the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind after a beach day. Guests will also appreciate the brand new AC system with UV sanitization for added comfort and freshness throughout the home.

    Located within a peaceful gated community, guests enjoy access to fantastic resort style amenities including private beach access to Siesta Key’s famous white quartz sand beaches, a heated community pool, tiki hut lounge area, lakefront fishing pier, outdoor grills by the pool and lakeside, and newly updated laundry facilities on site.

    The condo is conveniently located near Siesta Key Village where guests can enjoy local restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment. Sarasota attractions and outdoor adventures including kayaking, shelling, snorkeling, fishing, and dolphin cruises are also nearby.

    Whether you are planning a beach vacation, relaxing getaway, or extended Sarasota stay, Siesta Key Getaway offers the perfect location and everything needed for a memorable Florida escape.

    Located in Sea Club 2: please note that the community is wrapping up renovations so there may be construction noise. Our listing is no longer affected and is not under renovation. All amenities on the property are available!

We had the best time at the Treehouse! The place is very well located, in an amazing complex with great amenities, and the house itself was just perfect. The host did a good job at making the place very welcoming and was available throughout our stay for anything we needed. Look forward to going back!

Pool area O.K ,no shops nearby ,need to use the Breeze buses,shops .Property is situated on a construction site due to hurrican previous year,so drilling ,hammering and power machines working 6 days per week.Hut is awfull ,possibly for 2/ 3 nights for no more than 2 people but kitchen is dark and very old all needs completely refurbishing ,or total rebuild

Adorable Property, Great Location

We loved the property’s location on the bay and loved that it is only a short walk to the gorgeous beach across the street. Located close to restaurants and activities as well. The place is smaller but very cute and comfortable inside and had everything that we needed. Property manager was very nice and responsive. Would stay here again!

Family Beach Vacation

The property was clean and had everything you need for days at the beach. It was nice to have a wagon, beach toys, and beach chairs available for use. Everything was very clean. Couldn’t have asked for more in a place to stay close to the beach for our trip and family of 5!

Cute little cottage

Clean and nice. Great private porch. Comfy big bed! . It is nice to be on the bay or walk to the ocean. We saw dolphins and manatees from the bayside dock.

Cozy

Despite the pictures being a little deceiving on the size and condition of the property, we had a great time. The property could use some updates. Couch needs replaced or deep cleaned. The pool and view of the bay was fantastic. Beach access was nice and the wagon was a huge help. Beds were comfortable.

The location was great. We enjoyed walking the beach and being on the river to relax in the pool in the evening. The pictures of the location are misleading. It is older and less updated than it looks. Some of the updates that have been made are very “DIY”, so not done particularly well. We arrived at night. There were no working lights outside, and the stairs felt a little rickety. The door has a code on it but didn’t feel very secure. You could pull on it and it would open even when “locked”, which was uneasy staying with young women in an unknown place. The AC didn’t seem to work very well, and the electrical needs updating. Several outlets didn’t seem to work to charge cell phones, the lamp in the front room didn’t work, and the instructions say not to unplug anything without permission, so it is a known issue. When we opened the couch for the sleeper sofa, there was a live roach, so three people slept in the queen bed. The place was adequate, but not “nice”. It was my daughter’s 16th bday, and we were a bit disappointed in the overall look and feel of the place, compared to the images. So, the photographer did a good job selling it, but the owner needs to do some basic repairs to ensure safety and functionality.
