Beach Access: The Beach Club at Siesta Key offers convenient beach access to the world-famous Siesta Key sand just across the street from our property. Access is steps away thru a shared community gate; the code to the gate is provided upon arrival. We offer complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas (available outside the office on a first-come, first-served basis). For those looking to experience more - the Siesta Key public beach is a short 2 mile drive from the resort and includes a snack bar, tennis courts, a playground, picnic and grilling areas, a weekly drum circle and more.

Location is great. Just a few steps to the beach and pool, with a few restaurants and stores nearby too. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a nice grilling area near the pool to use. Had a great trip!

Great place!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Everything was extremely clean! Everyone was very nice and accommodating especially the resort supervisor Shauna. Great restaurants to eat at within walking distance. The beach was beautiful and a 2 minute walk to. The pools and hot tub were great too! Definitely will be back!

Nice place

Best location without paying a fortune to be on the beach. Only a couple min walk and you’re there. Also close to some good food spots. Toasted mango cafe was the best!! The beds were comfy and the showers had great pressure. Lots of tv as well. Pool was nice and hot tub as well. Maybe get some new umbrellas as we had a broken one and didn’t realize it till we were on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Don’t stay here. Worse experience I’ve had with my family in any hotel I have ever stayed with. Terrible Customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemies. Everything is outdated, fridge didn’t work and they did a terrible job accommodating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On Saturday a large family came and took over the pool and played their music so loud people left. All of sudden, they packed up and left. A child had defecated in the pool. OUr kids are 9 and 10, they had kids 2-3 years old. Everyone got out of the pool and it was also in the whirlpool. I called the 800 number for emergencies and was told someone else had called and they told us to use the other pool. I said NO someone needs to come out and close this pool! at about 9:00 pm kids and adults were in the pool and whirlpool. Nasty! I hope no one gets sick. THe other complaint we followed the directions for checkout and about 10 minutes before we leave we get an email with different instructions, why could those instructions not be on the check in sheet?Next complaint, a lady came to our door saying she had a key to our place. Her dryer was broken and the front office gave her a key to our place and told her to use our dryer, hello we were in that unit.I waited an hour for someone to come in the front office before we left on Monday to report all of this and no one came. Others in our party had dishwasher problems, backing up in the sink, the racks falling out and the refrigerator freezing with ice on the shelves. This was our second visit there. I left two voice mails and sent two emails and no one has contacted except for this survey. I also left a voice mail asking for someone to please check lost and found for a black pair of RayBan prescription sunglasses and no one returned my call. Several chairs on the patios were broken/missing slats, don't sit down unless you want a nail through your butt.

The unit was disappointing--visible scuff marks throughout the entire unit; one of the bedroom's armoires was missing one of its two doors---I contacted the property manager who said she was aware of this and that it had been "on the repair list for a while." Both bathroom toilet paper holders were loose and could easily fall off--the property manager placed this on the repair list; insufficient number of drinking glasses and no broom/dustpan---the property manager provided us with glasses and broom within the hour. The unit seemed neglected. We appreciate the efforts of the property manager and the location is great. We would not return to this individual unit, but may consider other units.

Living quarters were dated and could use another chair in living room to comfortably watch TV. We were a family of four with our 2 college aged boys. We required the sofa bed and it was in such deployable condition. Basically not usable. Mattress needed replaced years ago. Had to use couch cushions on floor as an alternative. The wardrobes had broken doors, no hangars and drawers which were warped or broken so did not shut. We appreciated in suite washer and dryer but the dryer took hours to adequately dry clothing.

Everything we needed during our stay was a very short walk from our room. The hotel was nice but we believe they should probably reinvest in some things. Our room had several black marks on the wall and the kitchen sink was in desperate need of repair or replaced. It was so loud that when I woke to make a pot of coffee I woke other guest in my room. Check in was very easy and professional.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo for a getaway and had 5 people stay. It was a great setup with the 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The pullout couch was not comfortable so we left that folded up for 1 person to sleep on the couch portion. I would not recommend this pullout for 2 people unless it is replaced with a new, larger couch. Plenty of space for eating and sitting with a nice deck sitting area in the front too. Fantastic for morning coffee!

The Beach Club was adequate. Appliances, TV's, Cable, bathrooms are worn and "tired"! updates and coat of paint would go a long way. The after hours check in procedure was a failure! After driving 7 hours, only to find out that the registration was not complete, despite having made the "paid in full" on my credit card! Then we waited an hour to receive our key, only to complaints about how busy they are. No attempts to justify my inconvenience was ever offered.

Location, location, location!

This is a nice property and I would give it an excellent rating if you will fix a couple items. The front door (initial impression), was very dirty and needs to be painted. The deck outside our front door needs to be stained so it doesn’t look so nasty. The furniture on the deck needs to be cleaned or replaced so that patrons don’t need to shower after sitting on them. Lastly the cable and WiFi needs to be fixed so it works if you are going to advertise it’s availability. The unit was comfortable, clean, had good showers and adequate kitchen. Best feature of this unit is it’s location a three or four minute walk from the beach. I would stay there again and would be quite satisfied with the property if my observations were address.
