Construction zone rental on Siesta Key

First this listing is incorrect- it’s ocean side Siesta Key. We rented this unit for 2 weeks and it should not have been rented at all. Major improvements were needed. The bathroom door was not operational, the appliance door was completely broken off, the refrigerator leaked water. The balcony was in disrepair and should have been condemned. We were told that we would have a parking space in front of the unit but due to construction at the attached building the workers parked there. The construction noise lasted from 7:30 till dark every day we were there. The owners knew about the condition yet had it for rent. Completely unacceptable.

Property is exactly as advertised; pictures are accurate. I stayed in unit A. Steps to beach. Clean. Great location. Property manager communicated and made sure everything went well. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella provided came in handy. Great shower head. Recommend updating the mattress in bedroom. It sinks in the middle, however, still comfortable and slept well. A/C was strong, never had to adjust thermostat. Nice kitchen and bathroom. My daughters said the pullout couch was not comfortable, but they never are, so that’s to be expected. Recommend a lock on the sliding glass door from inside; would make one feel safer when locking up for the night. Door to unit has lock, but sliding glass door that leads to stairs up to unit does not. Neighborhood felt safe and everyone was friendly. Private beach was excellent. Will definitely return.

Great location and roomy

Great location and really roomy. Had everything your family would need for a beach stay. We had 4 and had no problem with comfort. Off the beaten path which was nice hidden away. Pictures didn’t do it justice was a really nice place on siesta.

A week stay in Siesta Key

We had a good stay. The manager was very attentive. We didn't have any issue. The property is close to the beach and it has the regular amenities. It is clean and neat and the kitchen, living-dining room and the bedroom have all good size. It has two parking spaces downstairs. Overall we had a good time.

Absolutely perfect!

Loved everything about this property! The property management company was amazing and even called to check in. The owners happened to be staying at other rental next door and they are absolutely wonderful people! Will definitely stay here again!
