Perfect location!

Beautiful views right across the street from the beach, & with a public beach access trail. Plenty of beds/bathrooms for 7 people & plenty of living space. Excellent communication from the host & always in a timely manner. Highly recommend & would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

Great house for a family. You cannot beat the location! Stunning views!! Well stocked, had everything we needed. Only negative- Some furniture was stained, could be professionally cleaned or replaced.

We’ll Be Back!

The property mirrored the posted pictures and management was extremely attentive and responsive to our needs. The property is centrally located, making beach access easy. Sitting on the balcony, looking at the white sand and watching the setting sun reflect off of the ocean was the icing on the cake.

Perfect vacation

Decorated well though not quite like the pics. Peaceful, comfortable. Easy to get around. All beach and pool stuff provided, and attentive with the one thing that went wrong. I would tell others not to come so I can return whenever I want.

Milton changed our plans but they did us right

We were scheduled to go 10/24-10/29. Of course we did not buy the insurance. after Milton we contacted the owners and they offered a full refund, even when I expecting next to nothing or credit for a future visit. They refunded our money promptly and we are just waiting on VRBO to refund its portion....I plan to look to use them as we have been going there for over 5 years in a row more than once a year on some occasions. Hope they can recover but appreciate them not being petty with our reservation.

Fabulous Vacations

The entire family loved Siesta Key and the house was not the exception. Really nice and spacious house with the best views of the Sieta Key beach. Very clean, all you need is in the house, my only down side is that there's no soup or body wash wish I think is very basic and only two toilet papers for the entire house with has 3 really nice bathrooms. But over all, great experience and I would definitely recommend this property and definitely would stay there again.

Prime Location

No complaints. This property boasts incredible views, despite another home under construction across the street. At times there was construction noise, so we just turned up the boom box as we laid by the pool. This home has it all: beach necessities, views, trolley stop, and proximity to the beach. We will be back!

Great stay and wonderful location!

We had our family of 5 stay here for a week and had plenty of room, very clean and well furnished condo. Had coffee every morning on the balcony with a great view of the ocean. Easy stroll to the beach. Would stay here again !!

May you always have a seashell in your pocket...

This house is amazing. The location is across the street from beach access 11, and the trolley picks up on the corner. The garage has lots of beach toys, bicycles, and sand sifters if you go looking for shark teeth. The amenities were great - we used the pool nearly every day, and being able to either walk or catch a ride to the village meant that everyone was able to do what they wanted, as we were not dependent on the single car we rented. The beach is indeed, the best sand in the world. And this is a great place to enjoy it!

Beautiful home with spectacular views

This home is in a great location and has several outside areas that provide spectacular views of the Gulf. There were five adults in our party and the space was more than adequate. I didn’t realize when I booked that the space was on the 3rd-5th floors of the house, but we had no problem maneuvering the stairs. There is an elevator but we didn’t use it. The walk to Siesta Key Village took 15-20 mins. We would definitely rent this home again!

Fantastic Property and Location

Highly recommend Admiral’s watch. Across the street from Siesta Beach and a short walk to the village. The property is beautiful and well appointed. Responsiveness of the management company was fantastic, whether responding to an issue or a simple question. We would definitely stay here again! Views from balconies was amazing, heated pool was a plus.
