We would love to have you stay in our Cozy Corner. Completely remodeled from head to toe! We hope you will love it as much as we do! Come experience Siesta Key with it's pure Quartz powdery sand that stays cool even in the hot sunlight and why it has been rated the #1 beach in the USA and #5 in the World by Travel Advisor.

From the moment you walk through the doors, it feels like a dream. You will love the open concept of our unit decorated with a beachy rustic twist. The Master Bedroom is airy with a mounted TV, a king size bed, barn door leading to the dressing area vanity, walk in closet and master suite. The guest bedroom hosts two twin beds with a mounted TV and two individual closets. We have two additional bed mats for additional sleepers. The fully equipped kitchen should have everything your heart desires for your stay in Cozy Corner. We have a washer and dryer for your convenience, and offer free Wifi, Roku and additional channels. Pack our beach cart with a cooler attached and be only steps from your own private beach access. The lanai is darling, it looks out onto the courtyard with a beautiful tropical setting with a pond and a fountain. It's a great space to relax: read a book, have a beverage and enjoy the view.

On the bayside, you can appreciate the beautiful intercostal waterway, large heated swimming pool, outdoor shower, bathroom, hot tub, shuffleboard, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball courts, an exercise room, four grills (two in the front corner by our unit) and two right by the bay and pier. Sit by the bay and watch the boats go by or grab a fishing pole and drop your line. Either way, you'll love the water view. Just a 4 minute walk across the street (our unit is toward the front of the complex) and you're on the beautiful beach. There is another pool, hot tub, restrooms, shaded sitting area and shower on the gulf side as well. Once you're at the beach grab a lounge chair (included as our guests) and do what you love best: sun bath, enjoy a swim in the ocean, walk along the waves, throw a football, frisbee, read a book, whatever you desire, you'll fit right in.

Oh wait, you're more the adventure type? Parachuting, Banana Rides, Mini Cars, Jet Ski's, Fishing Boats, Ski Boats? No worries, we have all that too, just a phone call away.

Food? Yes we have a fabulous array of restaurants with FREE transportation to the Village and safely back home to your home away from home.

Shopping? Yes, quaint little shops in the Village.

Want to venture out? Busch Gardens, Mote Aquarium, Universal Studios? Yes, we have that too and so much more.

Like to Golf? Yes, it's Florida and many beautiful courses to choose from.
