This lovely 2 bedroom - 2 bath, Crescent Arms condo, sleeps up to 6. Positioned on the north side, on the third floor in the south tower, it has a partial view of the powder white sands and the azure waters of the Gulf. Fully furnished and decorated, this condo features a large living room, dining area and two large bedrooms. The beautiful screened in Lanai can be accessed from sliders in the living room as well as both bedrooms. Located directly on world famous Crescent Beach, this condo is perfect for relaxing on the beach, or taking the short walk to the South Village. Crescent Arms offers a picturesque serpentine pool that is secluded for your privacy and heated in winter for your comfort. The clubhouse, restrooms and showers are near the pool for your convenience. Just bring your sunscreen, bathing suit, flip-flops, and enjoy your island get-away vacation!

Wonderful location, but…

Crescent Arms is located on a beautiful beach and is a short drive to many fun activities. The pool is well maintained. The bath towels and linens were decent, as were the pots, pans and dishes, although there was only one wine glass. The condo is very dated and needs some loving and a deep cleaning. The furniture is very worn. The king bed was comfortable, but the full beds were not.

The Good and the Not So Good

Had some guests spend time with us. The guest beds were uncomfortable, needs new beds. The tile floor could have been cleaned better. The dishwasher was broken. The unit has a dated look. The good was that the dishwasher repair was handled quickly. We liked the location right on the beach. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The unit was stocked adequately with enough cookware, utensils and kitchen supply.

Our host was extremely helpful. We arrived on a Friday and were able to get into our condo right at 4pm check-in. Beachside Management responded promptly with any questions that I had. The condo could use a slight update, but for the most part, it was everything we had hoped for. Plan on booking again next year, and looking forward to another great trip making more memories!
