「The location of the property to Reno and Lake Tahoe was very good. Breakfast was good and there was parking close to our room. Our issue was our room. It was very dark, with just a dim hall light, and bedside lights, and of course the bathroom lights. When we approached the front desk and asked for a lamp for the desk, and a tall lamp for the corner, we were told that our room was standard and there were no more lamps. My husband asked for her name, and she asked us why that was relevant. I...

「I almost never complain but my initial room was filthy. carpet was torn, smelled like urine and heavy cleaning supplies. They were nice enough to place me in a different room but that one had a used Kleenex by the bed and dead bug on the carpet. I questioned whether the sheets had been washed and decided to sleep in my clothes.」

「目的に合ったホテル」

「ホテル内で開催された講演会に参加のため５泊利用。空港との間を往復する無料シャトルバスは15〜30分間隔で運行されており便利。別館(北棟)に宿泊したが、フロントから館内徒歩移動で数分であり不便は感じない。部屋は広く、冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカー、無料の無線LANが備わる。電子レンジが有る部屋と無い部屋があるようだ。カジノ併設のホテルであり、館内の飲食店は充実。持ち帰りメニューを事前にWEB注文できるのは良い。だだし値段は高め。徒歩圏内にセブンイレブンとアジア食材店があり、飲料はそちらで調達した。自動車博物館などがある市街地の方面へはホテル駐車場前のバス停から路線バス「バージニアライン」で片道２ドル。」

「1.フロントの係りの方、どの時間帯でも、 大変、誰もさわやかで、丁寧。チェックインは、午後3時以降からのところ、飛行機の都合、午前11時過ぎにホテルに到着したが、12時半過ぎは部屋は用意出来ると言ってくれ、ありがたい対応。 2.部屋は、最上階に近いフロア、眺め、室内の フロ桶、洗面台、改修済みで、素晴らしい、清潔。コストパホーマンス最高。 3.今回の他の都市のヒルトン系2ヶ所、IHG1ヶ所、このホテルより値段がかなり高いところと比べて、中味が大変良かったので、コメントを 書かさせ頂きました。 他のホテルの内容は、コメントしません。 」

「Parking was hard and there was a Coke missing from the minibar」

「場所も中心部にほど近く、周囲に美味しいレストランもあります。スタッフはフレンドリーで、部屋も必要なものが全て揃っていて快適でした。エアコンのタイプが古いのが気になった程度です。」

「Didn’t know what to Expect??? Way better than could’ve ever thought!!! Can’t wait to come back!」

「Clean, large room. Restaurant and bar in building, easy to locate, downtown Reno.」

「There was no hot water in the shower and the bed was so old that the springs were sagging and every time one of us moved the other one moved. The breakfast was old granola bars and coffee that was terrible. The only ice machine is in the lobby and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed. The parking lot didn’t have enough spaces for the amount of rooms that were there. We were told to park across the street at the casino’s free parking.」

「First time in Reno, and I enjoyed staying here. Hotel staffers, bell boy, receptionist, cafe and restaurant crew, were very friendly, although my reservation did not show up in their computer upon checking in. I did not figure out how to control the sometimes noisy room fan. The cafe guy was also really friendly. The "Riverfront" is a hip but accessible restaurant, where I enjoyed my dinner. Clean and new structure, an easy-to-find landmark in the city.」
