"The location of the resort is a little out the way from anything but its only a short drive to Haro and Casalarreina is even closer. There was no wifi in the cabin, which was extremely disappointing given we needed to stay connected easily due to work. There was communal wifi in shared areas, and upon closer inspection the resort advertised “wifi throughout the site”, but not having access in cabins is really poor. We asked at reception and got given a different network to join but had no luck with this from our cabin either.
The pool is absolutely freezing, which is such a shame because its part of the reason that we booked to stay here with a child. I understand water may not be heated. Unfortunately it meant that we couldnt use it other than dipping our feet to cool down because it was such an unpleasant temperature.
Breakfast was a simple continental breakfast which was included in the price (a nice touch)."
