「O apartamento é ótimo, muito bem localizado, confortável, limpo. O prédio tem excelentes condições, conforme o anúncio. O acesso ao local é fácil e o prédio está localizado em uma área com muitas opções de comércio e alimentação, muito próximo do belo parque Carolina e também do Quicentro, principal shopping de Quito. Preço justo. O único problema que identifiquei é que as roupas de cama estavam com cheiro de cigarro. 」

「We stayed at a one bedroom apartment facing east. This unit was on the 23rd floor and though it was high from the ground the noise of the city was loud. For a moment I felt I was in New York as the near by Atahualpa Stadium was testing the sound for a local concert. The other thing I noticed was that it gets hot in the morning if you don’t lower the window treatments. And one minus was that there is no dryer in the unit.
