  • This exclusive, newly renovated apartment boasts a prime location in a three-story terraced building, directly on the fine sandy beach. It accommodates 1-4 people and features a living room with a comfortable box-spring bed and sea views, a separate bedroom with two single beds, and a shower room. The new kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, and kettle. Radio, cable TV, and Wi-Fi are also included.

    From the southeast-facing loggia (with awning), you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Baltic Sea. Covered parking space number 217 is located directly in front of the building. Washing machines and dryers are available for a fee in a shared laundry room.

    A section of the spacious beach is designated for dogs. Therefore, pets are welcome in the apartment upon request.
