Thank you, our location is perfect because in few steps you can enter the Campo or the Duomo but out of crowdy streets.

Thank you for your nice review. Our location is unique because in a magic corner of medioeval history of Siena downtown. I carefully send email instructions to all my guests because Siena is locked into a restricted area belt. We do offer private parking for 15 euros/day. my assistant is on site from 3 pm to 7 pm...of course you can self checkin if you may arrive late...but it is not possible to enter the B&B after 11 pm. You reserved the littlest room but we have 3 amazing suites with king sixe double bed.

Thabk you for your lovely review. Curtains are light as all the forniture inside the room...but you can close the shutters outside the windows to have darkness. I am sorry...probably I forgot to show you how....in Europe shutters are very common...but I realized that abroad are not.

Very sad to read your bad review. If you choose a location between the Duomo Cathedral and the Piazza del Campo square....it could happen that on saturday night some party or celebration can go through...If you are looking for absolute silence...you should have reserve in the countryside. You arrived very late in the night...and I was there to welcome you. We assisted you on finding taxi...that is a big trouble in Siena...spending about 2 hours at the phone for you. I reserved local restaurants for you and your group. You never complained about nothing in your room.

I am very sad to read your review.Our structure is located between the Duomo Cathedral and the Campo square. It happens that on saturai night to hear some noise. Unfortunately you was here on the winning celebration dinner of the Contrada of the GOOSE that won the last Palio horse race. it is something breathtaking to see an open dinner, drums, flags...and the horse at the beginning of the tables...celebrating with people!!! usually our guests appreciate it. I personally wrote a email to all my guests advising on this special saturai evening....but everything was over at midnight. I am sorry.

I am very sorry to read your review. I personally send email with detailed instructions on how to reach the property...there is also an automatic message from Expedia immediately after reservation. We are in a very restricted area to cars but we do have private parking behind the structure....but it is hard if you don't read email...

Thank you for your nice review. You reserved the queen studio and breakfast was an extra charge option. We offered to all guest cookies, tea pots and coffee tabs for free. You told us that you lost your hat but finally found it into your personal luggage...we are in a very safe area and security is absolutely sure.

I perfectly understand you point of view but in Siena its very easy to find the Palio district that celebrates...and our B&B is just in front of the Contrada of the Goose territory...and it just won the last August Palio...so they were celebrating with a big big dinner where also the horse is invited. Many tourist enjoy the party and are very happy...

Our location is probably the best in town: you can reach it bt car, park behind your room into our private parking and reach all monument sites in few steps....but sleep in a very calm and quiet area.We only advise all guests that the first weekend of May the Contrada of the Goose celebrates its Saint and celebrates with dinner and music in front of the B&B...and that during the Palio days the horse of the Contrada of the Goose will be walking in front of your windows early in the morning.

I am really surprised that you were allowed to leave a review...you never came in my B&B!!I advise all my guests that this is not an hotel but a Bed and Breakfast. You wrote that you wanted to checkin late because you had a private party in Florence. I told you that after 10 pm is not possible to arrive and enter the structure...and I waited until 11 pm!!!! Next time reserve an hotel...I dont want people unpolite in my B&B. If I had allowed you to enter after midnight you could have disturbed ather guests!!

I am sorry to read that you didnt like our rooms...Unfortunately you reserved the standard littler room on the back of structure....and you are right...it is tiny and thought for one person or a couple of teens. Covid19 changed many rules and breakfast is now served directly into your room to avoid different people to stay together. I am a medical doctor and think that all this will be over in a couple of years.

Thank you so much! Our location is absolutely stunning....few steps to the Campo and the Duomo but very quiet location. We only advise our guests of possibility of noise during the Palio days (becuse of horse walking outside your window early morning and evening) and during the May celebrations of the Goose Contrada: it's a saturday with dinner and disco dance in front of building. The rest of year is very very calm...you can hear only the water into the ancient Fontebranda Fountains in front of you.
