Basic comfy hotel with clean rooms and pool

The staff at the hotel was helpful but most has limited English except for the manager and front desk. They do their best to help. Overall stay is pleasant, just don't expect too much as the hotel itself is rather worn down. It's clean and basic and they clean your room & change your towels everyday. Everything works so for US$18/night for twin share it's a good deal. Pool is well maintain, clean water, good for a dip.

Disappointing

Chose this hotel for our second week in Siem Reap just to chill, unfortunately there was building work going on next door which was very noisy. Our room was quite comfortable, but bed was never changes in all the time we stayed, our toilet seat was loose so reported this to room staff, it was taken away but never replaced. Staff were very unfriendly everything seemed to be a bit of an effort for them. The pool area was very untidy, there were never towels for the sun beds and the bins were never emptied for days There was a power cut while we were there but staff did not know how to switch generator on.

Un hotel pequeño con habitaciones limpias y al parecer renovadas. No son tan amplías pero suficiente para dos personas. El baño, aunque comparte regadera con wc está mucho mejor que otros hoteles que tienen este concepto. Tiene alberca, lo cual se agradece con el calor de Siem Reap. La comida no es muy buena y muy tardada. El personal amable. La zona no es buena como para salir a caminar, pero esta muy cerca (5 mil en tic tic) de las que si lo son y de algunas atracciones.
