Fantastic stay! Very well kept and offers all of the amenities you could think of, and then some. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for somewhere within walking distance of all things Downtown Victoria, this is your spot.
We will definitely stay here again!

Nice room. Grest service. Homeless kids were around the hotel. Did not bother us, but the police were there several times. That was the view from our lovely balcony. Not the hotels fault. Just sad.

Staff were great, hotel is full of history and beautifully landscaped. My room was really nice - and very clean. However, no place to put clothes that don't fit on hangars - mine stayed in my suitcase for 3 days. Thermostat didn't work (despite 3 visits from maintenance) Worst thing: I couldn't get out of the bathtub because they built the new shower wall over the ledge of the tub - and the tub was slippery. No grab rails. Spent 15 minutes trying to get out of it. No none-slip tub matt for morning shower. Motel 5 1/2 does better - and they don't charge $551/night (plus tax). Once was enough...
