"The Block House exceeded expectations. The staff was so friendly, it felt like staying at a dear friend’s house, a really nice house, like the house from Parasite. Every morning, the staff prepared a beautiful western breakfast and every afternoon, tea and cake. On our last day, we had to leave early and the staff prepared our breakfast ‘to go’ and placed it in our fridge. One of the best overnight experiences we’ve had due to the attentiveness of the service."

"We were in a room on the top floor that can fit 4 people (but we only have 2). The room has plenty of space and face the lake. The location is great facing the lake. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. I would recommend this hotel for those who want to stay on this side of the lake. "
