"The suite is ground level with parking in the driveway for one car, which we really appreciated (no worries about trying to find parking on the street). We noticed right away how much the hosts care about the suite, it was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had all the necessities we could think of. The bedroom was large and bright with a king size bed that was comfortably firm. We didn't need to use the kitchen at all but saw that it would certainly be well equipped for an extended stay. It...

Top Shirley Hotel Reviews

A private suite overlooking a lake, 20 mins from the city, and no pet fee!

10/10 Excellent

"Our stay was short, but Doug was extremely helpful, knowledgable of the area, and flexible with our check-in/check-out and other idiosyncratic needs. Bonus for having two lovely Burmese dogs! Would recommend."

The Westin Bear Mountain Golf Resort & Spa, Victoria

10/10 Excellent

"We had room 345 that overlooked the golf course. Beautiful view to see anytime of day. The veranda was very spacious since it extended beyond other verandas. It is a two queen room and feels spacious. Though there was a wedding, noise level was barely noticeable from music. Restaurant staff very helpful in meeting my request for urgency to bring out food because of my meeting."

Contemporary Oceanfront Cottage with Private Beaches, Trails, and Gardens

10/10 Excellent

"We loved staying at this dog-friendly cottage. The ocean sunrises and sunsets were fantastic and we saw birds, orcas, humpbacks, sea lions, a river otter, and a bear cub on the beach. It was an awesome nature fix!"

Seascape Suite: Dock, Beach Access, & Free Kayaks!

10/10 Excellent

"It’s a great place, welcoming and well equipped. We loved the terrace, the view and the kayaks. The one problem is the sky light in the bedroom. It is crazy bright in the morning and uncomfortable eye mask are not doing the trick. For a couple like us that want to sleep in it’s a big no. Please put some kind of blinds on there. Also I would not have wanted to put the fan on with that much dust up there."
