客室には電子レンジはなかったが　階には一つあったので使えて良かった 部屋のエアコンは拭き掃除されてなく ちょっと吹いたら真っ黒で...汚かった 少し吹いておいて欲しい 館内がとても広く　迷子になっている高齢の方が多かった　 ベッドは　少しへたっていて腰が痛くなった 景色はとてもよく　全体的には良いホテルでした

部屋が40へーべーと広い。 温泉が露天風呂有り。 ディナーや朝食がバイキングで持ち帰りのお弁当かその場で食べるか選べる。 周りは、山々で車があると便利。 ただ、ボーとしたり、紅葉をみたり野尻湖という日本2番目の湖に行ったりできます。 敷地内のリフトから展望台にゆきうえからの眺めも素敵です。

男性大浴場だが、夜に利用した際、バスマットがびしょ濡れだった。利用者のマナーも悪いと思うが、あまり気持ちいいものではなかった。翌朝も利用したが、同じ状態であり匂いもした。猛暑だったので管理も大変かと思いますが、今後の参考にされてください。それ以外は子供たちも大変喜んでおり、いい旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。
