"My only complaint was, upon arriving and checking in, we were told that the pool was heated. We came early with our granddaughters and were excited to take them swimming. The pool was the coldest pool that I’ve ever felt. We told the staff about it, we stayed two nights and the temperature never got warmer. We could not let those 5 month old, 3 and 5 year olds swim in this ice bath."
