「This is an awesome hotel in the middle of downtown Hawassa. The staff will literally bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of and have everything you need. 「I like every thing, specially the service i get at the cultural dinning room, their food is delicious, the music band is amezing.I stay 4 days and i never go to any hotel or restaurant.The rooms are neet,the housekeepers are very friendly, the shuttle service is on time. Finaly the management is wonderful, from the security guard to the manager they are working team work they help you when you park,take your luggage.
