Great rooms floors 9 to 15 are premium. Gym & pool are at rooftop giving excellent view of Shanghai night lights. Staff very helpful. Internet great in most areas. In some areas internet wasnt reaching. Excellent stay near Disney Resort. Close to Shanghai Metro that leads to undergroung shopping malls under the Shanghai Science Museum. Buy a full days metro card @ 18 RMB to nevigate Shanghai. Breakfast was great, kids meals great too but ordered 5pm to 9pm. Can eat at nearby eateries including Halaal! Overall, 9.9/10.

友人と4人で3泊利用しました。普通の部屋と思いきやキティールームで面白かったです。隣室や廊下の音が聞こえることもなく防音はしっかりしている印象です。 客室は清潔で、札をかけておけば毎日清掃やタオル交換、ジュースと水の補充をしてくれます。ホテルからディズニーや空港への無料シャトルバスがとても便利でした。空港からホテルへのバス利用は事前にメールで予約する必要がありますが、それ以外は前日までにフロントに言えばOKでした。 お菓子やおかゆ、お茶などが無料で楽しめるのも良かったです。今回は利用しませんでしたが、プールやジムなどの施設の他、外灘や豫園へのシャトルバスもありました。

ホテルのほぼ敷地内にコンビニ（ファミマ、セブン）、中華料理のチェーン店があり便利。空港とディズニーランドの送迎も有り難かった。豫園との送迎もあるが夜は豫園発18:30が最終なので利用出来なかった。利用しなかったが21:00まではお粥の無料サービスもあるらしい。部屋に寝巻きは付いていないがバスローブが内起毛で贅沢感あり、歯ブラシや耳かきは1Fフロントでもらう必要あり。部屋からディズニーランドの花火が鑑賞できた点も良かった。

上海ディズニーランドに行く目的で滞在しました。ホテルは、リーズナブルにもかかわらず、部屋も広くきれいで清潔でした。空港や、ディズニーランドのシャトルバスもとても便利で助かりました。ディズニーは、ホテルからバスで10分くらいです。朝食もメニューが豊富でよかったです。 私たちは、3階のお部屋に滞在しましたが、窓は全てすりガラスで外の眺めがなかったのだけ、残念に思いましたが、ディズニーで夜まで遊んで寝るだけだったので、問題はなかったです。

評判のいいホテルとあって宿泊しました！ まず、トイレのドアがきちんと閉まらない、しかもカギがないのでうっすら開いたまま。シャワールームも洗面所と段差がないので、シャワーを強く出すと洗面所まで溢れだす始末！入口のガラスには前宿泊者がつけたと思われるキスマークか付いているし、キチンと拭いているのか疑問。あと、ルームキーが1つしかもらえないのに、エレベーターはルームキーがないと使えない！なので！全員同じ行動を取らなければならない始末とても不便でした！でも、立地面やシャトルバスはとても良かったです！

上海ディズニーランドに行くために滞在しました。ディズニーランド行きにはシャトルバスが出ていてとても便利です。空港からのシャトルバスも出ています。またホテルから空港へのシャトルバスも出ています。こちらは無料で利用することができます。日本語の翻訳アプリを利用してスタッフの方とお話をすることができました。 家族4人で宿泊しましたが、部屋をアップグレードしてくれました。部屋を2つにしてくれました。とてもありがたかったです。 今回は、台風が直撃のため出発する予定の飛行機が欠航となってしまいました。そのため1泊延長することになりました。エクスペディアから予約をしました。同じ部屋を使えるかどうかリクエストしたところ、同じ部屋のまま宿泊することができました。服も1泊分必要になりましたが、ランドリーがあったため洗濯して着ることができました。ランドリーがうまく使えなかったのですが、スタッフの方が対応してくださいました。とても助かりました。 台風のためどこにも出かけることができませんでしたが、ホテルでゆっくりと過ごすことができました。夜は無料のお粥も食べました。レストランの中に無料でお粥を食べる場所がありました。レストランで注文した後、粥を取ってきて食べました。 台風の影響か1つの部屋が雨漏りをしていました。通常はそんな心配はありませんが、強風と大雨のため雨漏りがありました。 ホテルの目の前にファミリーマートとセブンイレブンに似たコンビニエンスストアがありました。おにぎりやカップラーメンなども売っていたのでとても便利でした。夜はホテルのすぐ近くで屋台をやっていました。焼きそばのようなものを食べました。ちょっと辛めでしたがなかなかおいしかったです。 10分ぐらい歩いたところには、地下鉄の駅もありました。上海市内にかけるときにはこの駅を利用することができました。

整體來說體驗不錯 有免費接駁巴士到外灘，迪士尼 酒店外面也有一些小地攤有水果燒烤等 也有便利商店 比想像中方便，不是什麼都沒有 唯一需要改善是隔音，隔好幾間房都聽到有小孩在早上07:00 多在玩門，開開關關製造噪音

Great hotel if you need to stay by the airport. Clean, friendly staff. Didn't get to use all the amenities as I was only there for one night, as I had an early morning flight. Didi's to center was affordable. Would definitely stay again.

何処に行くにせよホテルから出発する場合は予約が必要です。以前よりバスの時間が間引かれていました。ディズニーからの最終便は22:30ですが時間ピッタリに出ますので気をつけて下さい。部屋には三本水があり、冷蔵庫にはコーラなど一回だけ無料の飲み物も入っていました。シャワーだけの部屋がありエレベーターも一機は動いていませんが問題ありません。使い捨てスリッパあり、歯ブラシなどないホテルの前にファミマともう一つコンビニ、レストラン？がありましたが、私は歩いて10分ぐらいの電車の駅前のＧホテルにあるマックやスタバ、ピザハットでご飯を食べました。空港までのシャトルバスは他のホテルも回るバスなので、急にレベルが下がりめんどくさがり屋の運転手は下の荷物入れを開けてくれず、座席に座っていた人をどかし、そこに自分でトランクを乗せろと言ってきました。シャトルバスなのでホテルには関係ないのかもしれませんが、今回一番イラッとした部分です。

テントがあり、アウトドアな雰囲気の部屋でした。ランタンもあり、楽しかったです。ただ椅子がキャンプ用の椅子で、あまり座り心地が良いとは言えませんでした。朝食が充実していて良かったです。

The Novotel Hotel gave us a 12th floor experience was amazing ! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from the walk in checking to checkout. Very clean facility and rooms. Bathrooms were neat they had automatic toilet and spacious shower with hand held and rain head. We left the hotel room door open and opened the windows the fresh breeze from the ocean gave a wonderful relieve breeze continually. The house keeping staff was very kind and helpful with over daily needs. The hotel restaurant had a pleasant helpful attentive staff and the food was fresh and cooked by professional chefs Delicious ! Over a great stay we would stay again and highly recommend for any single or family stay.

I stayed for 5 nights and would recommend. There was a free shuttle to and from the airport, Disneyland and the bund. The room was nice and was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a must as it is an extensive buffet, with something for everyone and to fuel up for the day. Would highly recommend for a stay especially if visiting Disneyland.
