The pool was closed so we called ahead to discuss cancelling. Every time we called, we were told to call back at another time. We tried four times and never got the one employee who could assist us. Frustrating process.

You get what you pay for

The location was great, the apartment was good value for money , I would recommend they added some pictures or homely things to break the harsh look of the apartment . It good if you wanted to cook your own food and need to do washing . We did have to wait In a Cue for breakfast and when we first arrived they seemed a little stressed to have so many people arriving at the same time . However over all we had no problem being there and may book again

We stayed 4 nights at the 1 BR apartment. Very clean and close to People Square. 5 minutes walk to line 8 Dashijie. Will stay here again next time we visit Shanghai

The room was terrific. Our beds were very comfortable and the breakfast had a good variety of food. The stafff were pretty helpful. We were surprised the pool and sauna were shut in Mondays and the would have liked the pool and sauna hours to commence earlier in the morning

가족이 숙박하기에는 좋은 호텔입니다. 단 프론트직원은 친절한 직원도 있고 불친절한 직원도 있습니다. 개인적으로는 만족한 호텔입니다. 조식은 포함되어있으면 모를까 굳이 사먹을 필요는 없습니다. 주변에 식당도 많고. 참고로 주변 과일가게중에 외국인에게 몇배로 가격을 사기치는 주인이 있습니다. 참고하세요

这次是和我老婆和女儿一块去上海，所以我订了一间有两个卧室的房间。但是在登记入住时，前台居然说把我们的房间租给别人了，把我们升级到好一点的房间，但要等他们加床。上到房间，我才知道只有一个卧室。 我从来没有试过从大房升级到小房。我女儿逼得要睡在大厅。这使我气了整整3天。 这么差的服务，我强烈建议大家别住这个店。

ホテルの周りに、コンビニ、地元スーパー、果物店もあり、駅からも至近距離で立地条件が良い施設だった。また、部屋の清掃、部屋の電灯切れ対応、チェックイン、アウト時のスタッフの手際も良かった。 ただ衛星放送があるのに、NHKの受信ができなかったため、CNAを視聴せざるを得なかった事は残念だった。

2인실 보다는 4인실이 더 좋아요!

방과 거실이 나눠져 있어서 좋았습니다. 그런데 2인실의 경우 소파의 쿠션이 좀 낡은 편이었고 핸드폰을 충전할 수 있는 위치들이 조금 애매했습니다. 그래도 화장실도 깨끗하고 냉장고도 있고, 전자레인지도 있어서 전체적으로는 만족스럽습니다. 4인실 같은 경우에는 소파와 쿠션도 더 깨끗해서 1박2일밖에 머물지 못한 게 아쉬울 정도 였습니다!!! 4인실 진짜 추천드려요ㅠㅠ 넓고 깨끗하고 있을 거 다 있어요!!

교통이 편리한 숙소

숙소 위치가 좋음. 상해국제공항(푸동)에서 공항셔틀버스를 타고 호텔로 이동 할 수 있음. 근처에 음식점과 수퍼마켓 등이 있어 편리. 호텔 정면 입구를 찾는게 조금 어려움. 아파트먼트 형의 숙소라서 식재료만 구비되면 식사를 해먹어도 되는 구조임.
