I was satisfied with the very quiet and clean room environment. All the necessities for lodging were provided, and the bathtub was well placed next to the window. What's disappointing is that it's far from shopping centers and major restaurants, and the reception staff wasn't very friendly. There was a strange smell in the hallway where the room was located, and it was disappointing that the breakfast menu was not diverse.

First trip post Covid

Finally a business trip to China after Covid. Great room, very spacious. Comfortable bed. Seems the staff constantly trying to upsell anything. ordered double scotch at the bar and was barely a single, no rocks to hid in. Getting a taxi in Shanghai has gotten to be a real headache and they hotel didn’t have much luck either. Breakfast buffet was excellent

Good conditions and rooms

Room is very spacious and everything is in good condition. The only 2 minor issues are poor TV remote reception and relative slow shower head. Food at breakfast and the Japanese restaurant attached was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. I didn't have time to enjoy the gym unfortunately. The hotel is not close to metro stop so getting around could be a bit uneasy. It is just 15 minutes away by taxi from SHA airport so this is a big bonus point if you are flying with this airport. Overall, I enjoy the stay very much.

Nice hotel with very spacious rooms. I suggest they put instruction of how to operate the blind in the room. I had to go to the front desk to get someone to help me close the blind with a remote control. The room phone did not work that is why I had to go down to get help
