「The accommodations were very nice. Unfortunately there were daily electricity outages. The resort made no effort for guests to be cared for during outages, which happened three times a day for a minimum of 2 hours at a time. Everything is electric. Foreigners are not accustomed to these problems and are stranded in the dark with no resources. The resort needs to find a way to care for their guests during outages.」

「Casa do Sol was quiet compared to our previous stays here but this didn't stop the staff doing everything they could to make our stay agreeable. Of particular note was the high standard of the food which we thoroughly enjoyed. Go now and enjoy as the hotel will soon be busy again. A great place to stay before you go into Kruger.」

「Overall a very average stay and really not worth the cost. Our room was in desperate need of maintenance. There was terrible dampness and damage to the bathroom cupboards, all the cupboards in the room had not been cleaned which was v unpleasant and the aircon also had issues. Also we were told that breakfast was served at 8am however we were only managing to get breakfast at around 8.40 as staff had not arrived yet and the restaurant wasnt even open yet.
