Bathroom light did not operate. Transferred to another room and the thermostat did not work. Worked the HVAC unit manually. The commode has a bad flapper and every 10 min or so the commode had to refill. Requested room service to replenish tissues at mid morning. Six hrs later task was not complete and visited front desk for service. Overall the place was clean however housekeeping and maintenance needs improvement.

The motel was excellent, only issue I had was that the mattress was very firm and more firm than I’m used to and I did not sleep well. Other than that, it was excellent.
