The hotel is a bit tried I stayed here when it was the hard rock not much has changed.
We had a couple of niggles with our room not resolved.
Housekeeping let themselves in early in the morning several times. No knocking which i found rude.
Paid for a king size room don’t waste your money.

Lovely hotel, second time staying. Breakfast is good but have to pay if you want Both a hot and cold drink, location is perfect. However, was charged twice on final bill. Still waiting for refund 4 days later.

"The reception area does look a little tired but our room was clean and looked as if it had been recently decorated. The carpet was clean and fresh, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and had everything we wanted. We would definitely consider staying again if we were in the area."
