Only 1 working elevator during my stay, no tissues, hand soap or water cups available in the room. Parking was gated, but access to the gated area required a call to the front desk, which was not explained upon check in.

Everything was ok. For our personal the property location is excellent because hotel is 8 minutes distance to my sister's house. And this time breakfast is not good at all, very tiny stuff, they're missing many items like: broiled eggs, yogurt variety, cream cheese bagels, orange, banana, apple juice, orange juice...

It has a beautiful setting right next to the harbor. The property was well-maintained and very clean, though shops are a 30-minute walk away. However, grocery delivery (Walmart) was exceptionally fast. The connecting room door was very thin with a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom; you can hear everything in the next room, which impacts privacy. The 1970s-style lamps and slow, integrated headboard chargers need modern USB/USB-C upgrades. For some odd reason, when I was connected to their WiFi, neither my phone or my laptop could get a signal. Once I disconnect from the WiFi, everything worked just fine. I did mention that to the front desk clerk, but he said his electronics were working okay, so I let it go. The headboard was unanchored and rocked against the wall, requiring a DIY fix with pillows. This hotel is a decent budget-friendly option for the price, just be prepared to deal with a few trivial inconveniences and minor annoyances. 4/24/2026

The neighborhood is not the best, but the parking and rooms felt safe. It was surprisingly quiet given how close it was to the freeway. I don't think I'll stay again, but it was great value for the bay area.
