「The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. This a very economical place to stay while we are completing tests at the hospital. It is very convenient to shopping, eating, and the clinics/hospitals.We are repeat guests here. We will be back!」
「We were in Birmingham to visit our son and his family and needed a comfortable place to sleep. Our room had nothing fancy but everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable with a helpful staff. It looked as though the breakfast bar was not much but we had breakfast with our son. We would stay here again for a future visit.」

「We arrived the property around 4:10pm on 6/9, and realized that the owner or hotel.com didn’t send us the check in instruction, so we couldn’t get in. We tried to contact the owner listed on the hotel.com, but the phone number is out of service. So we contacted hotel.com, they got same info. Eventually hotel.com said they will cancel my reservation and book a new one. Now it is 5pm, the owner suddenly sent us the access code. We finally can got in.

「It is it used to be a brothel, so be prepared for the Staff to help you with your luggage up the staircase. Overall peace and quiet is what you will get at this hotel. There are several restaurants and cafés within walking distance from the Hotel. Highly recommended!」
