The hotel was really nice and enjoyed the stay. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful especially the concierge. They arranged our train tickets even thought it was a hassle. We appreciated the room upgrade and would definitely stay at this hotel again

I would like to give a special mention to the hotel's Lounge. The food and beverage offerings were excellent, but what was particularly impressive was the staff in the lounge. They were so attentive, friendly, and discreet, making us feel truly valued. They are the true gem of this hotel. I highly recommend the Gran Melia to anyone seeking an authentic and luxurious experience in Xi'an. You will feel that your choice was the right one for the quality of service and comfort.
