「great find」

「We really appreciated Katia's guidance, help and warm disposition. Minaret is a beautiful space in a vibrant area. Don't expect to find parking but if you want to walk to the old port, the bus station, great shops and restaurants, nothing could be better.」

「Overall great stay, very central location and easy checkin process, even though we arrived after 22hrs. Location is quiet but super central, the habour and old town is accessible in less than 5 mins by foot. There is parking on the main street and also a big free parking lot just 5 mins away. 「Riesiges, hübsch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit perfekter Lage. Schöner Blick vom Balkon auf den venezianischen Hafen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Infrastruktur war leider etwas "abgebraucht", die Möbel hatten teils "Ecken ab". Das Zimmer war erst nicht sauber (Haare im Whirlpool, grosse Kaffeeflecken auf dem Möbel) nach Reklamation und Nachreinigung dann aber alles top. Das Zimmer im zweiten Stock ist nur mit Treppen erreichbar, ohne Lift (Altbau). Der Whirlpool im Zimmer ist ein nettes Detail...

「Jättebra läge i gamla stan med balkong ut mot gågata. Man checkar in på huvudhotellet sen följer receptionisten med till hotellet som ligger bara runt hörnet. Det är branta trappor i huset och har man problem med att bära eller gå så ska man välja huvudhotellet. Vi fick be om hjälp med hämtning av väskorna vid utcheckningen. Hotellet har en minibuss som hämtar från flygplatsen mot en kostnad. De ordnar även utflykter till Elafonissi mm. Frukosten på huvudhotellet är väldigt fin. Vi köpte till...

It's also very central for the old town - nothing is more than a few minutes away. Katerina is a very helpful host. I would happily stay here again in Chania. 」

「The suite is gorgeous and cosy, right in the heart of Chania's winding streets. Self check-ins was easy, host was super helpful when we did need to contact him.」

She also helped arrange transportation for the Samaria Gorge hike and early morning trip to the airport. The room was beautiful and very convenient to everything in old town. Recently renovated and not much street noise. 」

「Ausreichend großes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und verschiedenen Kissenvarianten. Riesiger Balkon mit freier Sicht aufs Meer. Täglich gute Reinigung. Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Man kann sich aber durch vorhandene Teller und Besteck und eine nahegelegene Bäckerei auch selbst versorgen. Ein kleiner Sand-Strand ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Kostenfreier Parkplatz hinterm Haus.」

「Che dire, un posto veramente eccezionale in una località eccezionale. Passare almeno una notte ad Agia Roumeli è una cosa assolutamente fuori dal normale. È una paesello raggiungibile solo a piedi dalle Gole di Samaria o in traghetto. Alle 17:30 come per magia il paese si svuota dei turisti e si resta in pochissimi a godere di una paradiso. Si cena in riva al mare con prodotti locali freschissimi . La mattina ci si sveglia e si fa colazione nuovamente in riva al mare, e fino alle 13:00 l, quando...

「Quaint, clean, and right in the middle of everything. Had everything and I needed and lots of homey touches. I especially loved the PILES of available blankets and the beautiful balcony overlooking the church square, where a local guitarist liked to sit and play. The host was very helpful with a map and recommendations. I'd stay there again. 」
