Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. The listing made the property look like a luxury home, but it was actually a third-floor condo with no elevator. The photos did not accurately represent its condition. There was graffiti on the entrance door, and the stairs were dirty and poorly maintained. The front door lock appeared damaged, which raised concerns about security. Inside, the bookshelves were deteriorating, the flooring was chipped, and the vent was filthy. A broken piece of wood had been left beside the mirror, and the bed legs were stained and dented.
