Nice apt in the heart of Seville. The most magical neighborhood in Seville (Santa Cruz). With views of the Giralda. Perfect place to enjoy Seville and have at hand all its monuments and cultural life. Ideal for couples, 3 or 4 people.

Apartment in a house with a typical Seville patio, located in the historic and central Santa Cruz neighborhood, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a large room with two beds that can be both together and separated on request and another small room with a bed carrying one more bed when guests are 4. The apartment retains all the charm and character of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, located in the heart of Seville center and 2 minutes from the Cathedral, the Salvador church etc. As soon as you enter the house you access a bright and sunny central patio, with its characteristic iron bars, windows and white marble floor, full of plants and flowers, which transmit calm and freshness. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with two single beds that double as a double together and the other with a single bed. The bathroom has a shower cabin. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and cooking utensils. It also has a washing machine for the use of our guests. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, TV and dining table for 4 people.

Met our needs

Maria let us in and she was charming and informative. The air conditioning worked great. Easy to use. Location of course. Could not be beat. I would not recommend this place for anyone wanting to do serious cooking but who would with a gazillion restaurants nearby?

Perfect location for exploring Sevilla

Great small apartment with view of the cathedral. A few small issues that we worked around. Wi-Fi did not work but it was ok for a 2 night stay. Could not get stove to light so heated water in microwave. Shower drained too slowly for the good water pressure and small lip at shower entrance. So reduced water flow so water stayed in shower until fully drained. I recommend this apartment for a short stay due to the great location.

Nice stay

We stayed for 2,5 days and enjoyed it very much. Perfect location an good communication. The showerhead needs fixing, but we managed. Beds were fine. Only thing that needs to be changed is the check out time on the website of VRBO. It says check out at 3, but needs to be 12. Overall it was really good, would recommemd and stay here again.

Rent any other apartment in Sevilla but this one!

We paid to stay 4 nights. We arrived around 23:00. Within 2 hours of arrival, (1) the electrical circuit breaker turned off all electricity in the apartment 2 separate times, because using the air conditioning even at night overloaded the electrical circuits, and (2) the shower enclosure fell apart. The promised WiFi wasn’t there. The next morning we moved out and paid a lot of money to stay in a hotel instead. We emailed the owner 6 days ago and asked for a refund. The owner has not bothered to respond. Don’t put yourself through this. Rent any other other apartment.

the check was really poor. no communication 24 hours in advance. could not reach the manager via whats app, email, calling. finally had to go through Vrbo support to reach the mgr. also the place was dirty. and wifi in the info book was wrong so had to call the manager. that being said the price point was great, location was perfect, it had a frig and washer. so some really good aspects but too much bad drama.

great location

The location was close to everything, and the street was quiet. The telephone contact on the information left in the apartment was invalid and the manager took three days to respond to emails. Other than communication, the apartment was terrific.

Property was clean and in a great location, close to the cathedral. Communication prior to arrival needs improvement, but it all worked out and we were happy with our stay.

Fantastica ubicación

Está muy bien situado, fuimos 3 adultos, unicamente ibamos a dormir porque estabamos todo el dia fuera , pero muy biensupercentrico, y calidad precio desde luego inmejorable.
