Overall we were not impressed and won’t be staying there again. We travel a lot and so we understand value of properties and amenities. The price of this property was clearly tied to location. To start with the good - the hot tub and outdoor tv were very pleasant. The kitchen materials were also well-stocked. We arrived in the evening and had a very difficult time finding the property. After driving around for 30 minutes we called customer service. They gave us the same address that was previously texted to us and then said they couldn’t help. They put in a “work order” and said they would call us back. We drove back down the mountain where we had cell service and scoured the many emails the company had been sending us. We finally found one that contained a portal where we again searched for detailed driving information. The cabin was off the main road and we finally arrived 45-60 minutes after arriving to the main property address. There were no bathroom supplies when we arrived - just 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. So we had to call for soap and more toilet paper and again were told a “work order” needed to be put in. The bed is clearly very old, it sinks in the middle and is very noisy. Overall we were not impressed, but it served its purposes for our stay.
