Great place for a group! The house is really well laid out. Lots of areas to hang out, plenty to do and awesome views. Everyone was very comfortable, the house was clean and very well stocked. The kitchen had more than enough dining and cooking equipment. The living room couch and dining table are huge and great areas to hang out. The host was very responsive from start to finish. We stayed for a week and had no issues at all. No one was ready to go home.

This house was amazing! The trails/cut roads were grown in so not slit of exploring but plenty of fishing to do! The communication was awesome!! We would go back again!

Amazing property, close to everything

My family and I had the best time here! We loved the pool table and hot tubs. We also fished quite a bit! We were not disappointed, as we pulled a bass pretty much every time we cast. We also visited Splash Country, which is only 2 miles away! So the drive was easy! The check-in and check-out process was the easiest by far of all our VRBO rentals, and we've been doing this for almost a decade. When we come back, this will be where we stay!

Our family had a great getaway together here! The house absolutely lived up to it's 5 star rating. It had everything we needed and more. The view from the patio was perfect for coffee in the morning and sunset views. We ate all our meals on the screen in patio. The hot tubs, sauna and games were great for entertainment and relaxation. The location was perfect as you felt like you were tycked away in the mountains but literally minutes from dowrown pigeon forge/gatlinburg and all they have to offer. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. Would highly recommend.

Family trip

Beautiful house and property! Loved the hot tubs, deck, pickleball, game room, massage chairs with plenty of room and privacy. Its close to Dollywood and all the fun activities pigeon forge has to offer! Great communication with property manager!

Another great stay

This was our second trip here and the place is better than the last time we were here. Bathrooms all remodeled and looked and worked great. Great location for a family get together. Highly recommended.

The only option you should consider

This house was more than we anticipated. We went down for a friends trip and there was so much to do we barely left the property. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils to make meals, a beautiful screened in porch with a large table and fan to eat outside. The deck was large and had numerous places for everyone to sit and Visit, including 2 wonderful hot tubs. We especially enjoyed the fire pit on the deck with chairs around it overlooking the beautiful property. The beds were all so comfortable, the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at a rental property. The rooms were pristine, the bathrooms were stocked with towels, rags, and other amenities. One of the bathrooms even had a heated floor! As my title stated, this is the only option you should consider if you’re looking at similar properties. There are not enough words to say about what a wonderful place this is, pictures do not do it justice. A big “thank you” to the hosts for allowing us to stay.

Dollywood Heaven!

This property was a perfect place to stay for our Dollywood vacation with small children that needed naps. We easily moved to and from the park multiple times a day and the 8 minute drive to home base was perfect. Property owners were easy to communicate with and the property was comfortable and had all the amenities including WiFi, cable and internet TV, etc.

Family 2024 Thanksgiving

The property was a lot more than what we were expecting. Plenty of room for everyone and a lot of on sight entertainment. There are some great "easter egg" amenities that i wont spoil. I highly recommend booking this house.

The location of the house was perfect for us. The house was perfect for the 8 adults that came. We enjoyed playing Pickleball and the other games in the house. The back deck is amazingly big.

Great Family Vacation

My husband, three children and their spouses and three grandchildren spent the week in July 2024. We try to have an annual family vacation and this was the best yet! The home was beautiful, spacious and was very well maintained and equipped. There was many activities at the property and plenty of equipment to enjoy! The location was perfect for enjoying what the area has to offer. We had a great deal of rain, but it did not keep us from having a great time!

Amazing!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house is absolutely fantastic and exactly as described! It has fantastic amenities that made our trip fantastic! We LOVED the porch for evening chats and sunsets. The screened in porch options were fantastic as well. Communication with the host was a breeze. They were easy to get in touch with and incredibly responsive. They were also very helpful with local recommendations. We are looking forward to staying again at this amazing house!!!

Family vacation 2024

Tremendous property and Denise was very responsive and helpful. The Pickleball court was a huge hit as was the pool room, deck, and pond!! Loved the quiet location and could go in any direction fairly easily without battling the downtown traffic. Highly recommended. Would book again if in the area.

Family Vacation

Together with our children and grandchildren we have been getting together every year for the past 8 years.I can honestly say this is the best accommodations we have ever rented. The house was clean, spacious and on a beautiful piece of property. The host was always just a phone call away and eager to help. We spent many hours on the new pickleball court and when I mentioned to the host that they might want to replace the ping pong paddles, new ones were delivered the next day. Now that is service! The appliances in the house are awesome and the kitchen was beyond well stocked. I brought a few things thinking they might not have everything I needed to cook meals. I was mistaken and never used one thing I brought.I would highly recommend this rental. Thank you Jerry & Denise for everything you did to make our family vacation memorable.

26 Acres is amazing!

This house and property are wonderful. We really enjoyed our week! The house fit the ten of us perfectly. There was space for everyone. Loved the decks and the pavilion by the dock. Host is very responsive to questions. We enjoyed watching the family of turkeys and also saw a mama bear and 3 cubs. Hiking was crossed off the list because of mama bear, but there was so much else to do! Would love to come back again.
