Came in to very strong smell of new wood and couldn’t vent it out. the cabin missing many kitchen basics like cutting board, salad bowls etc.
The king mattress was extra soft and so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep (so as the pillows). No board games, pool table low end and not standard size with 3 cheep pools, cheep arcade and I can go on and on. Overall, nice to be in a new cabin but just too expensive for what you getting. Did I mentioned vinyl floor with air pockets….?
Towels were great and we got to see a bear in the back yard just before checking out which was awesome!!
Property was located in a beautiful area and was very clean and well maintained. The property was exactly as described and we would definitely stay at this property again. Aunt Bugs cabin rental personnel where very helpful and did everything they could to meet all our needs.
My husband and I had a great time. Very nice relaxing stay in this cabin. We did have a few maintenance issues, but they were dealt with promptly. We would definitely go back and recommend booking this cabin. Would also recommend to management that stairs be bought and installed for the outside of the hot tub, to make it easier and safer to get into.

AC malfunctioned
The AC unit stopped working during our stay and the indoor temperature at night was 85 and we could hardly sleep.

Good
Well there were no pot holders, not enough dish towels, steps down to cabin were awful and the grill was really not a grill
The house was nice. Enough room for 3 separate families. We had 3 cars and parking was extremely tight. Neighbor was not friendly when using connected drive to turn cars around. Hard to find once starting journey up the mountain. No sign posted when we were there. Would not return but all in all great vacation spot!

Memorial Getaway
Trying to find the cabin was a scary experience. The directions were not accurate and the signs on the roadway had fallen. The parking pad is scary but we survived. The cabin wasn't clean as cobwebs & dead bugs were everywhere, but very comfortable and cozy. We were awakened on the last night by a noise and was was able to contact someone immediately with a text. I would definitely recommend the cabin to anyone in the future.

Overall our stay was pleasant, and without complaint. The cabin is new, so it was very nice. The parking could be better, it's a very steep driveway and is somewhat stressful if you have small children.
We did have an experience with one very rude employee (wish I could remember his name) who actually hung up on me at one point during our stay. I am honestly not sure I'd stay at another Aunt Bugs cabin solely because of his attitude and lack of professionalism. Heather, Eric and Patricia however were VERY helpful and accommodating.
