Located only one mile Downtown Pigeon Forge. 6 minutes to the Island! 2 miles to the Alpine Coaster. 5 minutes to Grocery Store.

Close to all the shopping, attractions and relaxation that the Smokies offer.

Our modern Villa has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a game room, open living floorplan, dining and kitchen area with stainless steel appliances, electric fireplace in living room. Dining room table & counter have seating for 12.

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, plates, glasses, cooking utensils etc.
We also offer complementary items (coffee, coffee filters, tea, sugar, creamer). 2 in 1 Carafe and single pod Keurig adaptor Coffee Maker.

Master bedroom offers King size bed (sheets and towels are provided) , 40” Smart TV
Two walk in closets, on suite with stand up shower, jacuzzi tub and his/her sinks.
Two other bedrooms have Queen size beds. They share a hall bathroom with jetted tub and double sinks.

Downstairs, one room has a Queen size bed and one room has a Queen and 2 twin beds (This room does not have a window).
Also downstairs, we have set up a brand new game room with pool table, hockey table, foosball table and arcade.

No cable TV. All TVs are smart or have Roku for streaming.

Other amenities include sun room, an outdoor patio with a hot tub, park grill and lounging area with fire pit.
On a clear day you will experience a beautiful view of Mt. Le Conte!
Guest have access to laundry in unit.

**Fire Pit is run by a propane tank. One will be provided. You are responsible to refill if you need more. You can refill at the Dollar General around the corner, 2 minutes.**
