1. You’re close to everything and away from it all. You’ll experience the peace and splendor of a mountain getaway on the “quiet side” of Great Smoky Mountain National Park – but you’re also just 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge and a half-hour from Gatlinburg when your group feels like checking out a great restaurant or live entertainment.

2. The indoor pool in this house is a rarity around these parts and a great place to cool off following an afternoon of exploring – or to taunt the elements during a winter visit.

3. The screening & game rooms are built for family fun. In the game room, you can choose among multiple arcade games, watch a ball game on TV, or take a game of poker late into the night. Another option: Pile the crew into the theater, which features two rows of stadium seating, a comfy front-row couch, and a giant flatscreen.

4. Five separate decks (three in front, two in back) provide ample room for grilling, game-playing, scenery-watching, morning rocking chair sessions, afternoon lounging, evening meals, and late-night hot tub sessions.

5. All the bedrooms are amazing, with en suite bathrooms, vaulted ceilings and flatscreens. But the bunk room with dueling queen-over-queen bunk beds is what your kids will be talking about after the trip.

Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
- Please have a 4WD or AWD vehicle and also carry chains. Driveways or roads leading to the property can be steep and will require these.

Parking Details:
- Please make sure you park only in the designated property parking locations. If your home offers street parking, please make sure you read all posted signage.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
