The game room hosts a pool table, foosball table and air hockey, as well as comfy seating surrounding the fireplace and huge flat screen TV (and more views of course!). The huge arcade room that is located near the pool will also provide hours and hours of entertainment - from the Hydro Thunder boat racing simulator, Galaxy Air Hockey table, Ping pong Table, Fire Boxer, Basketball Shoot Out or the 4 player Nintendo Switch, the kids (or adults alike!) will never be bored! And each bedroom also hosts its own individual TV too. Outside, off the living room, guests will find a large, covered deck complete with cozy sectional and dining table, perfect for both entertaining and relaxing under the hypnotizing spell of Tennessee skies. Enjoy the heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool or bubbling hot tub while you take in the sunset. There's also additional outside seating, fire pit and a gas BBQ for grilling up some yummy meals.

Wonderful home for my 70th birthday. The view is beautiful and the pool, hot tub and game room kept everyone entertained. The balconies were loaded with chairs and rockers for everyone to relax, including the grandchildren.

Stayed there 3 nights for a bachelor party. Had a blast. Place was great. Game room surprisingly fun for 15 male adults. Great views. Good communication with management. Recommend it.

This was our 4th annual family trip with a group of 14 and it certainly didn't disappoint. The property is beautiful and the views were amazing all around. Close to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg but tucked away just far enough to feel secluded from all the hustle and bustle. Our group had so much fun hanging at the house that we didn't feel the need to venture out much. Kids had such a blast in the game room and pool. The few times we did venture out as a group, everyone really enjoyed the Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster and Red Jasper Beer Garden & Gem Mine which were both just 10 minutes away. While we enjoy changing our annual trip location each year we would certainly consider staying again someday.

The pool was our go to hangout spot! You get the view with the luxury of a pool! Place was in great shape. Had one misunderstanding with the owner and we handled in very well! The game room was awesome. The punching machine was a huge hit! Couldn’t recommend this place more! Beds are massive!

The property manager would only communicate via the chat function, would not call me to discuss the issue and would only delegate communications through his "assistants". For all of our troubles of not having a working fridge for 48 hours then only have a 3.3 cuft minifridge instead of the 17 cuft fridge, they refunded us $294 dollars; <3% of the nearly $10k total we paid for the rental for those 5 nights over the holiday. Didn't even cover the food we had to throw out.

The cabin was amazing. It was so clean, had a beautiful view, beds were more comfortable than any cabin I have stayed in... just overall great! It had box fans in the closet, an ice machine, and baby gates. These are things most places don't even think of.I highly recommend.

The home itself has been mistreated. Multiple issues, dishwasher not functional/smell refrigerator bottom plate broken off, almost all of the handles on stair cases are loose and ready to fall off, doors do not have door stoppers so there are dings from the door handle, which makes any renter worried about being blamed for dings, ants all over the pool area with tons of scrap food from previous renters, every single glassware was dirty, the arcade room (half the arcades were not functional), the nintendo switch controllers "one set" was broken, the air hockey table in the game room had a loose door that fell down on one of our kids knee, the racing game did not function at all and the property managers were "in disbelief" the basket balls were all deflated, the codes they gave us to get into the house were mixed up so we spent almost an hour trying to get into the pool area... the pool door lock was broken too, the hot tub took 2.5 days to heat up to a decent enough temperature so if you expect that to be functional, hopefully youre there for longer tham 3 days, the bunk beds are all wobbly and dangerous for any small kids to sleep up there - the mattress on the top bunks are too high so the railings dont protect anyone from sliding off the bed. Property manager just kept delegating to his staff. All they wanted to do was come in during our stay which is unacceptable. They should pay close attention to the property so we "the renter" dont have to spend time dealing with it

First the game room is disconnected from the house. We didn’t get right codes or pool access until at least 24 hours after we came. The games were broken and the pucks were never delivered to the table. We tried our best to get everything up and running. The walls were primed for paint. The pillows and mattress poor. Not what we paid for.

One of our best getaway at smoky mountains. We went as four families including of all ages. This place has everything for everyone. Views are nothing but awesome. Has game room to entertain little ones. Indoor pool is add on. Wish indoor pool water is little more warmer. Will come back again.

Pretty view. There were issues with home. Knives were dirty. There were no window coverings in bedroom on door or in bathroom where next door home can see in. Mold on one bathtub in upstair bedroom. No place to put on makeup, no full length mirror. I feel this home was not set up for women.

Our family of 16 ages 1 1/2 to 70 enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house. Plenty of room for everyone one. Kids were in the indoor pool everyday. Host was attentive to needs. I would be happy to stay again.

My family had an amazing stay at this property. The views were beautiful and the house had all of the conveniences to keep all age groups occupied for hours! We even had the chance to watch a black bear from the front driveway on one of our nights there! Justin and his assistant were very quick to get back to me on the few issues we had and everything was taken care of quickly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great family getaway just far enough off the parkway but close enough to be right in the thick of things. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for sharing this great property!!
