Kitchen has new appliances with full tools for cooking meals. Direct TV in living room. Bedrooms and patio room have internet sticks for your favorite streaming.
Outside is so chill with a view of the mountains and partial view of Douglas Lake. Enjoy your brand-new hot tub. House has access to boat launch and dock for your boat and jet skis in summer months. Brand new Electric vehicle charger installed. Less than 10m to shopping, gas and food. 15 min to Dollywood, 20 min to Pigeon Forge and 30 min to Gatlinburg. High Speed Wi fi. Wonderful Getaway
This place was perfect for our big family! Beautiful house looking to the lake and mountains. We all felt welcomed- including our mini golden doodle who was welcomed with a special treat! Neighbors were friendly and we felt safe in the community! Highly recommend! Thank you for sharing your home!

New Year 2025 Family Fun Getaway!
My husband and I brought my parents, our 3 kids, and our 2 labs to stay 3 nights at this beautiful property to ring in the New Year! The house was comfortable and clean, and the view was so pretty with the mountains in the distance and the lake right across from the house! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, as well as very pup friendly! Margaret and Mike were such kind and helpful hosts who checked on us multiple times during our stay and even showed us how to use the hot tub for the kids. The house was equipped with literally everything we could have needed- toiletries, first aid, cookware and kitchen items, blankets, pillows, and tons of towels. We have stayed in other places where we have made frequent store trips to get the most mundane items, but all we needed this time was groceries to prepare some good family meals! We are looking forward to coming back and staying again! This home has been a family favorite for sure! Thank you for your hospitality, Margaret and Mike!

Fabulous Stay
We have visited the area 3 times for vacation and rented a house. Out of all of them, this was the best. The house was as it was listed. It was easy to get to the house and get to downtown areas. There was plenty of space in the driveway and we could utilize the 2 car garage. Mike and Margaret (owners of the house) were the best!! They responded to any questions I had really quickly. The house was very welcoming. We visited during Christmas holiday…I had asked if a Christmas tree would be up in the house. They responded quickly, “A tree will be put up and do you want it decorated already or do you and your family wish to decorate it”? To give us the family tradition of decorating a tree, they set one up and left all decorations in a box for us to decorate .I would recommend this house to everyone!!
