A very romantic and cozy cabin, perfect for couples and honeymooners, anniversary celebrations, or for a small family getaway to the mountains. Can sleep up to 6 very comfortably. There is a King bed in the main level bedroom, a Queen bed in the upstairs loft, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Serendipity is a beautifully and meticulously decorated luxury cabin, fully loaded with all of the amenities that help create the perfect vacation! Fun Getaway

Nice, secluded, cabin with a nice view. The cabin was perfect size for our family of three. Modern enough so you don't miss wifi and TV when you want it but still very much has that log cabin feel. Not a far drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg but far enough away that you can enjoy the sounds of nature and quiet of the mountains. We even saw some wild turkeys during our stay!

We stayed 5 nights and it wasn’t nearly long enough, we were so sad to leave. This felt very comfortable and homey. We didn’t use the upstairs bed, but the downstairs bed was very comfortable. The view was lovely. The cabin felt nice and secluded, while still being a very short drive to activities!

Long weekend away with my boyfriend. Cabin was cute and cozy. Location was AWESOME for sunsets. The free attractions were a great addition to our stay. Must try this top notch burger joint 'Cookie Dough Monster'. Definitely a hidden gem! And only 8 minutes from location.

Highlight of the trip

This cabin was the highlight of our trip. We’re a family of 5 with kids of all ages and there was something at the cabin for everyone. We loved the pool table, PacMan & the hot tub. The hot tub water had clearly been changed before we arrived and was crystal clear. The location is fantastic. Close to all the local attractions, but up in the mountains just enough to feel secluded. We called maintenance about a few light bulbs that weren’t working and they were quick to respond & assist and very friendly. We recommend!

There's a pool table and a gaming system that was nice. The doors are hard to open and close. The flood lights on the outside don't work very well so it's really dark out there at night, so we were paranoid about bears every time we had to go out at night. It rained and water came out the side of the gutter dripping on us as we came up the steps. The driveway is extremely steep, so be prepared for that. The cabin could have been cleaner, but all in all it was a nice cabin for the price. All of the issues we had with everything we notified BTC and they responded quickly. The hot tub was really clean and easy to get in and out of. What I liked the most was the proximity to the Parkway. I would definitely book again

The towels were very soft and looked brand new. I did have an accident while climbing the stairs to the loft. I was holding on to the railing with my right hand and had to hold on to a upright rails with my left. I dislocated my shoulder and spent the day in the hospital. I know that one railing is up to code but another one would have been very helpful. The outside of the cabin could have used a power washing and some touch ups on the furniture.

The cabin was peaceful and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the games in the evening. And swinging on the porch was relaxing. If the cabin was upgraded with blinds that open and close, and tvs were a little more modern, and the outdoor picnic table was on a spot of the land viewing the mountains the stay would’ve been perfect.

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I come to TN every year to 2 yrs for our anniversary.The cabin was clean.The hot tub was clean and great.The bed was comfortable but sits very high. I'm short & had to boost myself up.A stool would be awesome for shorties like me. lol.I would recommend for colder weather,have an additional comforter instead of the thinner bed cover.Also,a cozy lap blanket for the den would be great.There is one there, but not very was great to have a well appointed kitchen;however, a new skillet for the kitchen would be good.The one there sticks very bad.There is a wonderful large jetted tub upstairs;however, it does need an endless hot water tank to make it useable.You can only fill it just to the jets and the hot water runs out.The cabin was well equipped with start up supplies.The pool table & game console were fun.A short pool stick for corners would be a great addition.A decorated Christmas tree for this time of year would also be a nice touch. All in all,the cabin was clean and comfortable with a very pretty view.
