"Once I arrived to the hotel, they told me that they did not have a reservation for me and the payment has been taken out of my bank so I have a screenshot of that and I need my money back. I did not end up staying in the room because they would not allow me to. They said they did not have the reservation even after I corrected them and said multiple times that I did and showed them that I had paid they still said nope sorry we don’t have it.."
