I had to go back-and-forth a couple times to find out why and the host said they’ve had trouble with people over stuffing & over flowing the toilet. "We have stayed at many VRBO properties. This was the absolute worst. We actually chose to leave the same day we arrived. There were bugs in the house and the neighborhood was apocalyptic. Most houses on the block were boarded up and abandoned. While the only occupied home on the block had screaming and yelling coming from it. We are from out of state, we had traveled far and we were tired. We ended up needing to find a hotel so that we could sleep comfortably. I would never recommend this...

"It was a great stay for one night and I was allowed to check in 40 mins early. However, I saw baby roaches in the home and large ones outside. Maybe it was due to the hurricane weather I’m not sure. Also no keurig but had a coffee maker. The host was very nice and responded quickly. "

Shortly after arrival, a second toilet malfunctioned. Repair help requested which occurred the following day, compensation requested & denied.Repair was done to 1 of the 2 toilets and access to a different toilet was granted.
