Lovely rooms and hotel. The bathroom was small. The transfer from train station to hotel which hotel arranged was excessive cost for the 5 minute drive.
All staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great location. Property was clean and nicely renovated. Small issue with trying to get in building at check in. Also expedia states coffee and pastries for breakfast is included, but only black coffee without any milk is available in auto coffee maker, with a plate of apples and plums set out and some cookies, so this is a bit misleading on expedia. Otherwise property is lovely with great balconies and convenient location for train station amd pedestrian area.

The location of the hotel is perfect and during our time in Palermo, we kept saying that we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in the city.
