The apartment is on the second floor and is accessible by stairs.

The living room boasts a homely fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxing evenings, a sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. The apartment also offers a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or simply taking in the beautiful surroundings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave and a table, making it easy to enjoy meals together as a family. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer and ironing facility to meet your laundry needs.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite, providing added privacy and convenience, and the second bedroom has two single beds, one of which has an additional single bed underneath, perfect for accommodating children or extra guests, and a desk, providing a dedicated workspace for those who need it. All beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Docapesca, is just a 15-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 51-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
