i stayed here for 6 nights and it was my best holiday ever with all amenities, all you need to keep u you busy is at kaya belek i enjoyed the swim here All staff were lovely always come to offer you drinks and snacks, the main restaurant was outrageous with all kind of food from meat to dessert and sitting area was fabulous, food, staff,chef restaurant is 10/10 in the main restaurant my favourite staff was mehmet and from the lobby was huseyinuguten with roll skates both were very friendly. excellent overall would recommend my friends and family to enjoy here at kaya belek

The furniture is old. We aaked to change the room because the floor and the rooms smell like mold. But the staff were friendly and the service was ok ... The best part was the swimming pool and the activities "happy environment"

Great resort. Room for improvement.
We had a wonderful time at Kaya Belek. The hotel was nice but there is room for improvement. I was shocked to see the use of plastic straws. I think they should replace them with more eco-friendly options. The air-conditioning should be improved in the whole resort. There are areas of the resort which don't feel too comfortable. Evening entertainment was amazing. the 9:15 shows at the theatre are wonderful. Themed dinner buffet can be introduced. Like a section of buffet could be reserved for themed section. Like, Mexican, Chinesse, Indian, etc.

Vi blev tager imod med cocktails og lemonade. Super fin service maden var i orden meget forskelligt hver dag. Børnene elskede alle de forskellige pools da var sjove rutsjebaner for alle aldre. Hjælp til bagage plus pakning i bilen super fin personale

Kaya Belek Hotel -
We enjoyed our stay Kaya Belek hotel, the room was spacious, but beds were very basic with little comfort. Bathroom with rain shower was also a very nice touch, but daily toiletries were just dropped on counter and toilet paper rolls left out, never really straightened out. It shows lack of training or care by room cleaning staff. Food and drink throughout dining and bars in hotel were very good with nice service. Attentive service by all staff throughout the property. Kudos to the pool bar wait staff on roller blades, now that I have never seen in 35 years in the travel business and was impressed at their skill and level of customer service effort. The only disappointment was lack info provided at check in on the property, a map to where everything was ?, it took me a while to find the fitness room, no golf info provided when asked, they just pointed to where it was, no special rates given, no info given on spa (coupon?)other dining options, etc. Everything a resort wants to upgrade its guests on, nothing was mentioned…too bad, we spent our golf money and shopped off property. No ATM for a 400 room property, disappointing. No shuttle service to near by sites like land of legends, golf courses. Many of questions above were asked to front desk staff, some of them were in new training and did not speak a lot of English. Some staff were very helpful but had limited service efforts. A North American 4 ****, which is in need in this market/area. Solid choice.

It is an excellent resort for large family with small children for the price and all inclusive meal deal and excellent location. Room AC was not cool enough but managed to adjust after 2 days. the buffet was exceptional

Good, clean property. Good service. Sea is in the close proximity. Food is OK. All precautions for the COVID-19 were taken by the hotel (masks, disinfectants etc.).

Worst experience ever!!!
Rude staff and management. arrogant people.. food was just ordinary.. no proper management at the beach.. help yourself with beach beds.. very slow service at the breakfast/dinner buffet. Again rude staff at buffet counters. Very old outdated rooms and washrooms. We booked 4 rooms for 3 nights so that’s 15 nights in total. Biggest mistake of our life time. Please don’t choose this hotel. No doubt the kids water park and pool was great.. but again you will get that at any other resort in Antalya. 2 most misbehaved and arrogant people we faced on this resort were ERSIN at Asia Restaurant and AHMET at check out counter. Please save your money and go else where there are plenty of other resorts in Antalya. We are frequent traveller And travelled to 4 countries in past year specially with kids and Kaya Belek was not a pleasant stay at all. Our second group was going on 7th Oct to 14th Oct.. we cancelled their booking at Kaya Belek.

The Property was well laid out and the public areas were very well kept and well maintained. The quest rooms are in need of some updating. The wi-fi needs some serious investment.

Extraordinary experience
Wonderful experience! Derya and Hassan made sure to give us an extraordinary experience. Beach, pool, room, restaurant and all facilities were outstanding. We stayed at the suite room. The room was amazing. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. The view to the beach and the pool was stunning. The staff were very friendly. We strongly recommend your stay here. Very nice hotel, beutiful location, very friendly and English speaking staff. Room was very nice, comfortable and clean, view from Room Balcony was great. You can see pool and beach. Location of hotel was peaceful. Only problem is dinner time is short and dinner closed at 21:00 hrs and it is difficult to catch dinner if you are out in Antalya as this hotel is far from Antalya city centre. Taxi fare is very high in Belek region. One way taxi to Antalya charge around 250TL which is more than usual price of around 100 TL. I recommend to hire a car if staying in this hotel and if you fancy exploring region. Overall stay in hotel is very good and relaxing. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who want to visit Antalya.

Terrible beds!
The resort is wonderful and the service is great but unfortunately the beds are TERRIBLE! We have now stayed at the resort two different times and both times we haven’t been able to sleep. The beds are like box springs and the duvets do not even cover the whole bed. We actually asked both stays for mattress toppers yo be put on the bed. Even with the mattress topper my husband and I could not sleep. Next time we go to Antalya unfortunately we are going to have to stay somewhere else.

Hotel is in a great location. Grounds, beach and hotel itself very clean and well kept. Beds very uncomfortable though. Hard as rock with hardly any padding and almost like sleeping on s concrete slab. While there, we heard other guests make similar remarks so we knew we weren’t being overly harsh on our assessment. Stayed two nights and didn’t sleep well both nights. As an all inclusive, food and drinks are plentiful where there is s good variety. Quality wise, I’d give it a 6 out of 10 as I’ve stayed at other all inclusives throughout the world and had better. Another thing I found surprising..... Due to liquid restrictions for carry on luggage, we thought there would be complimentary body lotion in our bathroom as the majority of hotels provide as a courtesy. Well not this hotel which I found very unusual and surprising. But they do provide two dental kits and a shaving pack with razor and shaving foam. Go figure.....

The pictures show that the hotel is new. But it's old and the Animation team amazing specially rome and Ahmed they are doing amazing jop They are the best thing in the hotel. and beacouse of them i may come tback to the hotel again.

Bad experience at Kaya
No air conditioning No complimentary stay or refund after you find out your room is not clean , has cockroaches. Picture attached. Food same but good Good entertainment Good all inclusive service Shops were closed in hotel but they did arrange a car to closest town belek, if you inform theM. Better quality food , drinks and pool at kaya palazzo next door for twice the price.

Great time at Rui Kaya! Would def go back again. The rooms were great and the staff were excellent. We only went for 2 nights but I wish it was longer. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel.. The A/C in the room didn't work quite well, we ended up sweating every night going to bed. Maintenance came to fix the issue and it marginally improved. The food was good, but all the choices in the main dining hall never changed, always the same thing every night. Dining staff was AMAZING though, very good with kids and very friendly.

the hotel was very clean and nice it was february when we went o shtey were doing some construction not many activities either. but all in all it was a nice hotel. the food was not good not good at all there werent many dishes that were versitile they had the dry burgers and greasy fries YUCK but if you want to go to turkey to experience some good food this isnt the hotel for you, its also very expensive its crazy i was surprised at how pricey everything was here in turkey yes this run down little place was super expensive. this hotel is about 45mins from the airport i stayed in antalya before and the prices were much better. this hotel has shops they are over priced as well the activities team wasnt good no real shows like at the other RIU. all in all it was a good vacation but the food and activities suck. the hotel smelt great and the room was really clean. thats about it

The staff were friendly, helpful and worked very diligently in their routines of catering to the large number of guests. The food was nice but repedetive and it was very difficult to a reservations at the ala carte restaurants due to the amount of guests staying. The shows, beach and pool were entertaining though not up to a 5 star standard. The ambiance and decor was substandard.
