"Condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchenware and basic supplies. Convenient location for visiting anywhere near Clearwater down to St. Pete Beach.For those who struggle with stairs, the newly refurbished elevator works well.Easy access to White sands Beach with a bit of an Ocean view from the balcony. It is worth a note that the Living room furniture is well worn and people with mobility issues may have a hard time getting up from the seats since they sink down quite a bit. Overall, we had a Good Experience with this unit and would recommend to others!QLB"

"This place was perfect for my last minute trip. It's everything that I needed, and the perfect size to not be overwhelmed with alot to cleanup on my way out. The location is great if you are planning on visiting Clearwater, St. Pete or Tampa. The hosts were extremely easy to work with and the place was very clean. Highly recommend!"

"The condo was well appointed and had an excellent location. The major problem was the definition of "maintenance" in the property description. It was not maintenanceo; it was a total rehab of all the balconied involving jack hammers and grinders. NOISE from 8 to 5. The balcony was eventually unusable as the railings anf tiled were removed. "
